I spent nearly 8 hours today detailing my car... and that *didn't* include the windows or interior! I figured I'd step up and do it right. I purchased the "Clay Bar Kit" from McGuire's, and the synthetic polish and sealer kit from Klasse. Along with a few microfiber towels and wash mitt. I started by hand washing the car. Then I wiped it down with a chamois. Next I went over the entire car with a "clay bar". After that, I followed up with Klasse All-In-One Polish and then finished off with the Klasse Gloss Sealant Glaze. This is the stuff that's supposed to last 6-8 months. I'll say this much, that car will likely *never* be that clean again. The finish is *better* than glass! I rubbed my finger over the paint afterward and it just glided. Then I did the same over the glass and I was amazed at how much better the paint felt than the glass. I highly recommend this process if you're up to it. It was too late in the day to take any worth while photos, so I'll get some tomorrow.

You've got me beat! I've spent 7 hours the longest detailing the exterior I'm very anal about my cars. But it's totally worth it. Then friends start asking how much you'd charge to do theirs. But only take half the time on theirs. Haha

Doc,

I've been using the Klasse "twins" for years. Great stuff. Only difference between what we do is that I apply P21S concours caranuba wax over the Klasse and then clean up everything with a spritz of Meguairs Final Inspection. My clay of choice is ClayMagic. Stoner Invisible Glass for windows and Mothers Mag/Aluminum Polish for the wheels. All in all.... amazing :)

Interiors see 303 Aerospace Protectant and Lexol products :)
