Hello everbody here,

The problem:
After removing key some electrical parts remain on (the blower, Lights, radio)
And my remote keyfob doesn't want to lock or unlock the car.

Tried replacing the starter relay, but no succes.
If I remove the ignition fuse everthing turns off and the remote works.

Thinking more towards a broken ignition switch, but seems like a big job if am not sure.
Keen to hear your advice?
And if you have an electrical diagram, I looked all over but cant find one.

Thanks a lot,
Ramon

A faulty ignition switch seems like a good possibility. What I would do before replacing it is simply unplug it to see if that allows the remote to work and switches the blower off. Replacing the ignition switch is a job most folk can handle DIY. On the photo below the white part to the right is the switch. It's only held on by one screw.

Thanks, good to know you only need to replace part of the assembly. I'll let you know how it went.
