I’ve been looking for the name of this yellow clip/transit fuse as mine is missing from my ix35 and I’d like to replace it. Cheers

On the factory wiring diagrams it's simply called a power connector...

The yellow thing doesn't actually do anything. It's just a device they use in the factory to stop the battery from draining while the car is in storage. As long as the two 10A fuses are installed in the slots on the fusebox there shouldn't be any problems.

The handbook I’ve found now, has finally revealed that it is called a memory fuse and although your right in that it does what you say, it can also cause electrical problems if loose or missing. Now I need to find one to buy 🤔
