Car Radio Constant 12v+ Wire: Red:: This would be the Or/Blk from the Room Lamp Fuse.
Car Radio Switched 12v+ Wire: White/Green:: This would be the Gry/Wh from the Audio Fuse.
Car Radio Ground Wire: Black:: This can be bolted to any grounded part of the dash metal.

Is this what you needed?

Or/Wh is for the dial/faceplate illumination at night.
Usually, this is fed from the rheostat on the Headlight switch (actually on the dash).
This may be difficult to do on the Accent.\

If you don't mind it being at full brightness (no rheostat control), connect the Or/Wh to the thin Grn/Wh wire going to the speedo/gauge cluster. This wire should go live when either Park or Headlights are On.
