I have a USB port started giving me trouble. Plugging in any USB causes the radio to cycle between the last used source, such as FM, and "reading the chip". I tried swapping out the chip with my other vehicle which works fine, with no change. I removed both the radio and clock fuses thinking the processor might need to be reset but nothing changed. Is there a memory fuse not marked that I missed that is holding the chip memory?

The two fuses for the radio are marked...AUDIO #1 & AUDIO #2. I don't think the clock fuse has anything to do with the radio.
