I need to release the fuel pressure on the fuel rail. Anyone have a picture of where the button is for this?
Gotta replace the fuel line and don't want a bath.
Thanks

its not as bad as you're envisioning. put a rag around it while you pull the fuel line off the rail to absorb any spilling. get a small jar to empty whats left in the rail into.

needless to say, no open flame or smoking :p

Removing the gas cap first should reduce the pressure somewhat.

Removing gas cap will do nothing for EFI system pressure between the fuel rail and pressure regulator.

Get the car to area you wish to do your work, and simply have a shop rag around the flange at fuel rail where line bolts up, and hold rag and line together and wiggle line off fuel rail,, if you leave it sit and cool, line presssure will fade off some, and removing line while engine hot makes for hot expanding fuel mess when opening system.. do it cool, less mess.
