I do not want to remove my CAT completely because of laws here in NY, but I was thinking of going with a High Flow CAT instead.

Do you think it's worth it and will I see any performance increase?

modern OEM cats are pretty efficient. u probably wouldnt notice anything with an aftermarket "highflow" unless ur OEM ones are clogged or if u have an oldschool pre obd car with ineffeicient cats.

i gutted mine out at the same time i changed my intake manifold and combined all i noticed was a little more power after 4kish.
