Hi need help for music system

Hi
Please help us I have a Xcent Car . having problem with Stereo
" BOOTLOADER STARTED PLEASE INSERT USB WITH FILE"
show to the company service centre but they dont have any clue about the problem. MOBIS their supplier dont have any contact number for public . They only deal with Hyundai
due to this the music system is alway on and draining the battery.

i have the same concerns in my Xcent , I have just come out from my society and and stopped at petrol pump , so I have switchoff the engine .. after that my Xcent Display is showing same word "BOOTLOADER STARTED PLEASE INSERT USB WITH FILE"
Can somebody solve the concerns

just a thought

I would disconnect battery let computer reset.. If not look at dealer website and see if they have a firmware upgrade for music system.. if not stick a thumb drive in usb port have music on it ..good luck. if you have never done a firmware update read it carefully its not hard..or try a high end car stereo place that installs head units {decks}

I did disconnected the battery and wait for 15 min ... Now "BOOTLOADER STARTED PLEASE INSERT USB WITH FILE" has been disappeared but nothing is comming ... it's seems that it come to the end ..
Service center personal is saying all system need to change and cost will be 20000 + INR
disappointed to buying Hyundai product /////

Same issue with my grandi10, can it be solved, hyundai workshop says need to replace, sad

Pathetic Calls center and service centre in Greater Noida. always trying to sale new part instead of working on a solution. Basic Software update / software copy they cant provide . never buy a hyundai car at least in Greater Noida else keep on paying them all the time
