Headlights Not Working

Just wondering if anyone else has had this be a problem. The bulbs look good, so I don't know where to look next. If anyone has any insight please let me know.

DVOM, inspect socket' terminals for source voltage and ground...

Wild guess is both bulbs is open circuit..

Probably a blown fuse...
