So I discover that the right side headlamp on our '04 Accent has blown out. Cake. Cake to change it. NOT Their is a retaining clip that is bent in six different directions that holds the bulb in place. Don't aling it just right and it will not work. My wife and I sat there looking at parts from a car from Mars. No way this could been designed by an engineering in this decade. We finally managed it it, but that type of securing method lloks like it was designed by a sado-masochist. I don't know why they didn't use the standard all plastic twist in and twist out parts. Somebody tell me!

Been a whole lot fsater and easier to remove the lamp housing and service it on the table top where you can see what is going on, and simply set the bulb in correctly and latch the retaining wire in plain view.. :thumbsup:
Well, that's exactly what I did. But the design and fitment of the clamp seems awfully wrong to me.
