Hello,

This post is more to bring attention to this video as it helped me and was extremely hard to find the symptoms and diagnose procedure.

Its a i30 but the clutch master cylinder is the same.

Today I purchased one master cylinder only to find this video and know that it could be solved by "deleting" the diaphragm, instead of paying 110£ for a new master cylinder that only exists at the dealer.

441132

Other causes can be:
- Slave cylinder
- Badly bleeding procedure of the system.

PS: If it helps 1 person its better than none :)

I don't know why they fit those pulsation dampers. I have deleted them on other cars and notice no difference in the clutch operation.

Yeah I didn't knew they existed til yesterday eheh.
My mechanic only said it should be the master cylinder but didn't provide a reasonable explanation.

I'm be changing the part this weekend, by myself (as always)!
