I have a limited with nav and I notice in the manual that I can use a flash drive instead of a I-Pod to listen to music. I used a flash drive with a couple of albums on it just to see if it work and it does but I noticed the next day was the 2 albums were still playing even though the flash drive was no longer installed. I can't find any info in the manual addressing a hard drive to download music any notice this?

Whoa!

You got a ghost in your audio system!

Good question, though. I thought I've read somewhere that it has an 8 GB flash drive, but I'm not sure where.

On this Hyundai site,

Hyundai News - 2011 Sonata Press Release

way down toward the bottom of the page, we get:

QUOTE
The system features 8GB of flash memory ...
Maybe it's mentioned somewhere else, too?

Dunno.

This doesn't explain how your USB music plays once you remove your USB drive though.

Thank you for the link, 8 gig ought to be plenty for any music I want to download. I wander why I can't find it in the manual now I wonder if the hdd is used for the nav maps also?
