Hello, I’m looking for some advice on my
01 H100 van 2.5 TD.
I need to find out the part number for the oil cooler pipes. Need to replace mine, so need to source the correct parts. Or have hydraulic hoses made up to the correct spec! Anyone got any advice / tips on this?
Many thanks

Update -

Part numbers -

Feed - 2644043800 - No longer being produced. (unavailable)
Return - 2645043800 - £96 approx

Searched for them both online and can't find anything UK based. Anyone got and ideas on getting hold of these pipes for reasonable cost?

Also am debating having them made up out of hydraulic hose by a local company. But I need to get the bore size, any idea's on locating this?

Cheers

The return should be a large size and low pressure. Regular oil cooler hose will work. 1/2" here in the US is what I used. The supply should be smaller in ID, high pressure and restricted.

I got a custom hose from online supplier of turbo parts. Got rid of the banjo bolts and it's a SS braided hose with AN (flare) fittings. Comes with the AN adapter fittings. The one on the turbo is a restrictor fitting.

This is where I got my stuff. Oil Supply | atpturbo.com
