Hi, I am new to working at vans and recently bought an H100

I have found the van very bouncy on the road. Where i live is quite poor roads and i was hoping someone could explain how to adjust the suspension to suit these roads.
It came to a head the other day when the bolt, used for adjusting the torsion bar, snapped. I have fixed it but am now nervous about the suspension.

Thanks for any help you can offer :))

Cheers Markus ..i suspected i might have to replace shocks. In the meantime I looked at the adjustment on the torsion bar ..the manual says it should be 75mm of the bolt showing below the arm ..mine was very low on both sides ..i put it up to 40mm as i was a little nervous of making such a large adjustment without advice from someone who knows what they are doing ..it seems to have lifted the front of the van and i am hopeful it will help :)
