I'll answer my own question. It is behind the plastic trim by your clutch pedal/door hinge. Thanks HMASERVICE.
I am chasing low voltage (11.5 V) at the headlights.
If I put a meter on the light terminal and ground it to the engine, I get full voltage (13.5 or whatever). If I measure at the H4 plug, only 11.5. So poor ground somewhere or pitted points in the multi switch....I think.
If someone has been down this path before, pls chime in. Otherwise I'll post what I find.
Polished lenses....better (they were really bad)
Replaced headlight units...better still....but not perfect. 11.5 v at lights.
