It seems you have "ovaled" brake drums. This happens with ANY drum brake system on which the parking brake is also used. When brakes are hot and you stop the car and apply the parking brake, both rear drums are locked by the same brake shoes used for regular braking, but this time, via cable pull, not hydrailic power (regular service brakes).
Since the drums are hot and pressure is applied expanding the brakes, it will take some time for this drums to loose roundness and become "ovaled". When this happens, you get exactly what you describe.
Fixing is easy. Take the car to any brake service facility. They will remove the drums and turn them into the lathe (for recentering for true and round operation). New brake shoes will be needed too.
Local repair for such job around here costs around $80 (US), including both sets of new brake shoes.
