This forum has helped me on a number of occasions but I've not seen this problem before:
I have replaced my ignition switch after having various problems with light, wipers etc. When I removed it I've notice the block connector from the wiring loom is burned. It looks pretty bad & I'm sure that's what has been shorting out. How can I replace or repair that connector? If I can't get one, could I just cut it off & crimp 6 new individual blade connectors? Any help would be appreciated.

Personally, I wouldn't even bother looking for the proper Hyundai connector. I'd just use crimp on Lucar terminals. That's what's inside the proper Hyundai connector anyway, so there is no electrical difference between the two. There will be a significant difference in price though.
