I heard that anyone who worked for Hyundai can never apply for work with the US EPA, but are considered top candidates for the jobs with the office of budgets and management.

I heard one that "hyundai" in Korean means "modern." And also that the "crooked" H is actually a "flying" H. Like a flag flying in the wind.

So what's the real truth about the crooked H?
The OP is almost 100% correct.

The oval shape symbolizes the company's goals to operate and sell their products across the globe and the slanted, stylized 'H' is symbolic of two people (company and customer) shaking hands.

So... the salesman is on the left, rushing forward with his hand out and the customer is on the right backpedaling for all he's worth?
