Neither the trunk or fuel door switch is operating. I know that they share the same 15 AMP fuse and the fuse is good. Is their a known issue with these switches as there is with the driver seat switch? I did look inside the door to verify that the connector is still attached but haven't taken the drivers door apart yet to troubleshoot.

Have you measured the voltage on each side of the fuse?
On top of each fuse there's two little metal tabs. Touch your voltmeter to each tab and make sure both have 12V.

Do you have a trunk release on the locking remote, and if so is that working OK? If the remote is unable to open the trunk it's unlikely the switches on the door that's causing the problem.

Agreed.

The remote does unlock the trunk. I am leaning towards the switches being the issue.

it does seem odd that they would both be bad. I will take the door apart and investigate further.

Thanks for being my sounding board!
