My 2008 Azera manual describes a fuel tank air filter which should be replaced at 30,000 miles. I have no clue where this is and how to replace it. Any suggestions?

Also, as my Azera is at 32,000; I thought i'd go ahead and drain and fill the transmission and do it myself after buying fluid from Hyundai dealer. Is simply draining the 5-6 qts. that comes out of the drain plug sufficient or is that worthless unless you disconnect the tranny cooler line and run engine till all fluid is out and refill with same qty.?

thanks.

Drain and fill is fine as you suggested. Doing a flush is the only way to get all the all fluid out, but I dont know of any manufacturer that actually recommended a power flush. You could drain the trans cooler if you wanted to get more new fluid in. As long as you have a receipt for fluid purchase from the dealer you're fine if any trans warranty issues come up later in life.

Wouldn't touch it unless it is causing you problems and throwing a code. There are hundreds of posts here on that subject. Save your Money.
