I'm sure your Accent will only have one fuel pump relay just like all other Accents do.

The relay under the dash isn't a fuel pump relay. That is the engine management power supply relay.
The relay marked "FUEL PUMP" on the engine bay fusebox is the fuel pump relay.

scroll down to the passenger compartment relay block
I don't even need to look at your diagram. Maybe you couldn't tell but I'm already very familiar with the wiring on these cars.

If you go out to your car and look up behind the dash you'll see that there is no relay fitted to that FUEL PUMP relay slot behind the dash. That is where the fuel pump relay would be if your engine had a carburettor. Fuel injected engines have the fuel pump relay located on the engine bay fusebox. If you don't believe me just read your Haynes manual. If the manual is any good it will explain why there are two fuel pump relay locations.

But like I said, there is only one fuel pump relay.
