I just replaced the fuel pump last week. I'm getting the same symptoms four days later. I cycle the key four or five times and it starts up. I borrowed a fuel injection pressure tester. How do I hook it up? I cant find the schrader valve so this means i need to disconnect something. I'm looking for detailed instructions. Ask me anything about refinishing a car but when it comes to the engine, I'm duh. Thanks

There is a special tool from hyundai that you need to properly test it. If you can find one then you. Need to disconnect the fuel line from the fuel rail and place the tool in between the rail and the steel line. I'm sure hma has the procedure on their website, www.hyundaitechinfo.com
Hope that helps, if you cannot find that tool then I suggest taking your vehicle to hyundai and have them check it out.
