Good evening folks. I need help. Took my car to the dealer today because, a couple weeks ago, I noticed the plastic back of my front passenger seat had become detached. Car is still under warranty. But the service consultant said repair was denied because it wasn't under manufacturer's warranty. Contacted Hyundai's Consumer Affairs and they said the same thing. They falsely seem to think that I did it. I refuse to pay $500 to repair something I didn't do to a 2015 car that is still under warranty. Any ideas for recourse? Just contacted the BBB. Thanks in advance.
