I drive a 2012 Hyundai Sonata GLS with 2.4L. I drove over a parking block, the only 1 in the whole parking lot and my car started driving like it had a bubble in front driver side tire. I rotated all tires and was still doing it. I have since replaced both inner and outer tie rods, wheel hub and bearing, ball joints, and stabilizer bar links on BOTH sides of front end. I was told when I got it aligned yesterday that my rack and pinion were shot. The wobble is gone but the car pulls to the passenger side. I also feel a grinding down by my feet while driving. Is it my rack and pinion? If not what could it possibly be? Any help is much appreciated.

You have an obvious problem with the alignment as shown in the printout. Caster our of limits. This usually results from damage to frame or suspension components.
The short answer is, you need to find an alignment shop that knows what they are doing
