Hey guys! Any advice would be great. Just got a new sonata limited, and when I’m stopped at a red light, sometimes my front collision detection starts to go off, even though nothing is happening and I’m not close to anything. I read in the manual that weird anomalies could happen with the radar or sensors now and then, but how do you know if it’s not a defect?

This has been discussed quite a bit. For me, usually it's in the drive through but does occur at red lights with other cars around me. Every time I've noticed the cars in that direction have ultrasonic sensors too. I'm pretty sure there's some cross-talk or interference causing the false readings. Luckily it doesn't seem to happen while in motion.
