I bough some replacement rear speakers, I have yet to install them but i bought just typical 4 ohm speakers as that is what most speakers are, as far as I remember. I was reading in the MD section and it looks like on all trim levels of the car the speakers are 2 ohms.

Does anyone know what they are on the GT for sure?? I can rip my car apart to test the factory speakers with a volt meter but I would rather not do so unless I have something correct to install.

I personally do not have the navigation radio, but I do have XM.

Not exactly.
The impedance is to AC voltage....music....and can't be determined with a multi-meter.
It probably is stamped on the back though.

Really. Might want to look into that.
As yes you can test the ohms of any speaker by turning your volt meter to read ohms, and by taking the leads of your volt meter and putting them on the +& - leads of your unplugged speaker.

i believe the front speaker "load" is 2 ohms on the amp, as the tweeter and woofer are paralleled to the amp. But the speakers themselves are 4ohm. 4+4 =2 in this case:D

But likely you will be buying 4 ohm drivers, and that will be fine.
