I have a '98 Hyundai Elantra Sedan (Base) w/ 1.8L. Lately it's been dying out and running erratically. Engine codes 1124 and 1128 were triggered. Can anyone look these codes up and lemme know what they are. Thanks in advance.

Both those codes are for the engine running too lean - which could be a number of things ranging from a sensor failure to dirty air filter to a fuel pump problem.

9out of 10 times, the airflow sensor is under reading the airmess taken in by the engine. spraying cleaning alcohole into the airflow sensor with the engine running will help; unfortunatele not 100% of the tries.

also check the TPS setting, it schould be at 9° position.
