Hi ,
Today morning I faced a weird Problem with my I20.
For 30 mins it was not starting at all. Nothing was working
- No Lights
- No CD/Radid
- No Indicators
- Nothing which runs on the battery....

I checked all the fuse .... ( Not replaced a single one )

Checked battery connections.... Nothing problematic found.

After some time (around 30 mins) .. when I tried to switch it on .. Every thing worked....
Not sure why .. service center is saying battery lose contact... But I am not sure ...

Only I remember is .. - As I was in hurry i immediately inserted car key and tried to start the vehicle....
Might be due to time issue with immobilizer , Immobilizer of the car switched off the engine.....
Not sure this is the case or not .. cnot sure how this immobilizer works
Can any one in past... faced same issue
I just want to take care for future so that this wiill not happen again with me

My son used to have a similar problem with his Peugeot 207 a few years ago. He found that if he removed the live lead from the battery and then reconnedted after a minute it worked OK.

We never worked out what the real problem was. As it only happened once every few weeks or so he lived with it.
