ok left rear of head is an oil control valve.

right rear is camshaft position sensor.

not sure if it what i should do now if i should swap the heads or will it run without these. the cerato engine is 2012 so and auto.

both sensors are very important. faulty oil control valve can cause timing chain and gear wear much faster, and without camshaft position sensor you can't run the engine at all.

If the both engines are the same gen same liters, I'm sure that they have the same sensors, maybe at different positions
