Take it to a Hyundai dealership shop to let them look at it.
I have a 2000 hyundai accent 1.5 - I ran the computer on it and initially got the codes P0301 and P0303 which was a misfire in cyl. 1 and 3
the symptoms... mostly smooth idle, when increasing power (under load or in nuetral) it stumbles really bad.... after getting up to around 20-30 mph the stumble goes away...
did search on the forums and found that it might be plugs, plug wires, coil packs....
number 3 terminal tower on the coil pack was burned pretty bad... all other terminal towers look ok...
done so far....
new plugs, new wires, and new coil pack
checked codes again and no codes showing.... but now stumbles a little less.. like only one cyl. is missing instead of two....
now it stumbles up to around 30mph
any suggestions? I know it seems to be a major problem with this car... and doesn't seem to be any definitive fix...
thanks
JT
