Has anyone tried or knows someone who has tried an electric supercharger?
Do they work?
Sounds like a pretty good deal to get 10% increase hp for $200.00.
and my Accent could use an extra 10%

waste of time and money, dont do it. If you really wanna know why, use the search function, there are plenty of threads about this.

theres only ONE id recommend, but it cost 1.5k...so you might as well go non electric turbo.

Yeah I saw that one for 1.5k, and it only works for like 15-20 secs at a time at wot.
I just want a few extra ponies so the car stops shifting all the time. I figure 10-15 hp would do it.

most of the "electric superchargers" you'll find are little more than a 120mm computer case fan in a rounded enclosure. Nowhere near enough air pressure to do anything. You might as well connect a hose to your intake and breathe into it.
