Hi sonny , good evening
. I just read about your forum. And we have same problem about my J1 elantra , i replaces my ecu but still it wont start . And also i replace ignition coil.

And same on your 3rd ecu that you purchased from korea. That the fuel pump is pumping eventhough i just turn on the key to start the engine. Im waiting for the replacement .

Where is the location of the 3 burnt pins and wires? So i can tell my mechanic.

Thank you in advance. Its almost 7 months
that my car wont start.

Hi Kencoming. In answer to your question (I don't know if my answer will help), my electrician friend said he found 4 burnt pins deep inside the ECU casing where all those wires (coming from all around the car) are attached. He found 2 burnt pins "in the middle portion" and another 2 burnt pins in the lower left side of the wiring connectors. He wasn't too technical about it. I hope it helps.
