My 2007 Santa Fe drivers-side hi and lo headlights have no power at the fuse box, in the engine compartment.

I recently replaced the low beam bulb and thought I had a premature bulb failure, but found the bulb intact. I checked the connector for voltage and it was dead. I then checked at the #6 fuse position for voltage and it was also dead (the #4 fuse position, for the passenger-side lighs, had approximately 12 V, as expected.

Anyone have any ideas what to check next?

I would keep backtracking and find the lead that supplies power to the fuse. I believe the headlights are driven by relays. We have a member here who is a certified Hyundai mechanic, hopefully he can offer some insight to troubleshooting your problem.
