The wiper blade on the driver side swings too far to the left and hits window frame. These are wipers specifically for my 2013 Santa Fe. Haven't tried other wipers yet but wondering if there is something that needs to be fixed. The wiper arm is not loose - i.e. I cannot manually rotate the arm.

The wiper arm is typically mounted on a splined shaft at its base. Your arm looks to be one or two splines off (rotated too far clockwise looking from front of vehicle). You should stop the wiper at its furtherest point of travel (where it hits or even overtravels the A-pillar). Then you'll take off the blade and lift the arm off the spline, rotate the arm to where the furthest point of travel SHOULD be (probably one or two splines counter-clockwise), then reassemble and tighten everything back up. Should be good to go. Good luck.

I agree with Richard... but I wonder how that happened if you haven't pulled the arms off of the spline to replace your blades.
