Hey all,
Just bought my 2017 Santa Fe Sport and was curious about some of the extra features of the car. I’m coming from driving a ‘97 4Runner, so forgive me if I’m not familiar with these newer vehicle features.
Some context for everything, I don’t like idling in a parked area with the car running. So I keep the car off while I’m hanging out somewhere. This brought up the question though if I were to ever need to use the SOS feature on the rear view mirror. (ie: if I got robbed, god forbid) Does it still work if pressed while the car is off? I kinda have a feeling it doesn’t work, but I don’t really see anything about it in the user manual. Just some clarification would be appreciated, thanks!
