Forum noobie here.

Got my 2008 Santa Fe 2.7 from a Buick dealer at 76k miles a few mos. ago. It had been serviced at the Hyundai dealer nextdoor, but no one can tell me if the timing belt has been done. Dealer has no record of it, but does have records of other work done.

I just pulled the cover to have a look and, while it doesn't look bad, it also doesn't look real new. So I'm gonna do this pretty soon. I have the tools and experience, but I'll hand it off to a pro if I can find one who will do the belt, tensioners and water pump for under $500. I've seen prices online from $375 - $1300. Anyone know where I can get this done cheaply in Phoenix?

I'd do it for 200 plus parts, but you not in my area..

Call a few Hyundai dealers and see what their package price is..
