If you want to instal a Homelink controller in your car for under $50, this is a DIY for you. This is the Homelink module that I bought and used for my installation. I installed this one in my 2013 Elantra GT.

Tools needed:
Multi or voltage meter and ohm meter
#2 phillips screwdriver
Box Cutter knife
Hacksaw blade or similar item
Wire cutter and stripper
2 red Posi-Taps

They do make the cover in tan and gray too, but the push button switches come in black only. I will get a gray cover soon to better match my interior.
