Just bought a 2018 Tucson with HID headlights. There is a horrible dim area right in the middle of my vision. Below is a photo of it. Does anybody else have this issue? Is there a solution?

Looks like your headlights are pointing outward.

I agree with @solman98 - it looks like either your left headlight is pointed too far to the left, or your right headlight is pointed too far to the right, or both. If your vehicle has dynamic bending headlights, it could be that one of the motors is not working properly for some reason--maybe one or both is aimed outward (as it would be when turning), and has not returned to center.
Try flipping your lights between "auto" and "on" and see if it changes. (In "On" mode, at least in my Elantra, the headlights don't follow the steering wheel when you turn. They only turn when it's in "Auto" mode.)

Also try posting in the Tucson forum, because others who have that same model might be a better help.
