Fellows, I am rebuilding the Cylinder head on our Tuscon 2.7Littler G6BA engine and I have inspected most of the Hardware and I am stuck on the springs.

G6BA manual that I have , it says Free Height measurement is 42.5mm all 24 Springs are well within the limit.

The problem I have is the Load measurement. It gives me 2 Numbers. 21kG/35mm (48.4kG/1.378mm). The Valve spring tester that I have gives me in PSI and kg/cm2. Kg and Kg/cm2 are not the same units.

Does anybody here know how to approach this. the setup I have is from 0 to 1000PSI.

I am starting to realize that this Service manual that is out there for the general public to use for the G6BA engine has many Errors and a few bad information. I was referred to ProsisPro with more detailed info about these engines and I am not going that route since it is going to cost me $$$. I am a little upset .
