Had some curb rash on two wheels thanks to the awesome City of Philadelphia streets department and their "plowing" over the winter. Luckily I had a plan from when the car was bought new that covered it. According to the invoice, it would have cost $200 per wheel to repair and refinish the 18" wheels.

There are many mobile wheel repair business in most major cities that will come to you and repair, refinish on the spot.

Yours is very minor, you could take a little time sand it out smooyh and get Duplicolor wheel paint to match from most any Autozone, pepboys etc

I agree with the others, I would sand it, smooth and repaint that area with a paint that comes close to matching the finish. I have seen videos on youtube on how to do this type of thing..here is one
