I can't get the pulley off to change timing belt I got the bolt off but now I can't get the pulley to budge any ideas?

Find a long 14x1.5 bolt to spin into end of crank real far,, thump bolt head with big hammer or rattle gun while pull on pulley to come off..

You need some vibration like sbr711 is saying , to make pulley move on thr inside key way.

Even an air chiesel with a flat drift might work, be careful of the inside crank shaft threads.

Some pb blaster spray into the seam between crank pulley hub and crank stub may help.
