Does this happen all the time or when you go over bumpy ground?

If it's a clunking/knocking noise then it would be the bushes on the wishbone/suspension arms are worn.

Best thing to do is take it to a garage and get it on a ramp and have them take a look at the underside and give the wheels a shake.

On my old Vauxhall I had a rattling noise. Turns out it was the heat shield was loose.

I also suspect control arm bushings. If the car creaks when jacking it up, it’s a good sign they need replacing. It usually easier to just replace the whole control arm, bushings are preinstalled.
