Help, I am new to the forum.

I would like to remove the standard clarion radio from my 2001 trajet and replace it. I have taken it to a well known high street dealer and they can't remove it, does anyone have any instructions.

Thanks

I managed to get the clarion radio out of my trajet I brought radio removal keys of eBay

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie...em=250600675091

They where £1.99 + free P&P they removed the radio with no problems at all
The only problem I had was removing the old cage which was easier than I thought.
I pulled out the bottom tray and managed to pull out the surround which has also the heater controls attached to it.
Behind the surround the cage was attached by 4 Phillips screws which held the cage in place .
Once that was removed I made sure that the radio and Ariel wires where easier accessible I installed the new cage and plugged in the iso adapter which was recycled from the back of the clarion unit and my new radio was up and running with no problems at all

i'll try to post some picture later on
