If you have rebuilt your turbo and fitted it to your car, then oops keeps dropping in limp mode, with no d.t.c, present, then most likely the actuator stop screw, was not set to the correct position, and dam its all bolted on and you cant get at nothing, wrong, start by taking off your battery, inlet pipes, boost pipes to the turbo, undo the breather, undo the egr cooler pipe only the turbo end so you can see the actuator, when everything clear from the actuator, start by very carefully undoing the 2 10mm actuator pot nuts on the underside, then you need to be so carefull to take the actuator circlip off,i connected a small very strong magnet to the circlip before flick in it off not to lose it,then take out the actuator, you will see the stop screw with a 8mm lock nut,a small hex is required to turn the stop screw not sure what size,i made one to fit on one of my bit screwdriver,my setting i found out was 4 to 5 threads visible on the stop side so you will need a dentists mirror or something to see,its at the bottom out of site, lock off the 8mm nut,job done start re assemble, car should have power right the way through the range, and no more limp mode, this is what i did to my tucson, and it was successful for me,in reality you should have your turbo setup by a turbo specialist, but as my car is only an old girl i took a risk and it paid off,so only tamper with the stop screw at your own risk! cheers everybody.
