If you're burning up cats that fast, then you have another problem like antifreeze getting sucked in the exhaust or you use too much EFI cleaner. They don't burn up without a reason and I've seen many last the life of the car.

I believe there are 2 Cat in the Trajet.
1 is the the exhaust Manifold and 1 more near the exhaust resonator located below the driver seat.

And you are correct, I recently replaced the 2nd cat, the one located under the floor pan beneath the drivers seat, which is the one piece front pipe and cat, this actually bolts onto the front cat, which is housed directly between the exhaust manifold and the front pipe section.
If you are located in the UK, depending on your cars first registration date, you may need a 'type approved' cat, which are twice the price of the standard ones, usually applicable to cars with Y reg or later.
FYI, the front pipe/cat cost me £290 (I fitted it myself)
