Can someone please post a step by step instuctional video clip of exactly how to install the kit including wiring, ground, drilling the dust cover, etc.

The vid on xenonsupply (Lexus install) is exactly what you need to use, in fact there are less steps. Good luck with getting a vid on it, kind of a waste. Read the "Just installed HID on My 2011 Sonata" thread it's so easy, not trying to be a ****, just saying.
