One hose connects to the inlet manifold and the other connects to a pipe coming from the charcoal canister at the back of the car.

I must be dummy I can't find the connection after I done head gasket job , would the car should start without it ?

assuming you mean electrical connection? I would think it will as that valve would be just to regulate the vapour flow to have it burnt off. May trigger an error code. I would not mind knowing a little more like the engine type and region , may have an image that shows the connector location

If all the air intake is back on like the snorkel and air box, likely hard to spot, I expect it's hanging below the throttle body

Process of elimination really with the head being removed,

timing, Timing belt, cam timing (chain), crankshaft sensor, harnesses, can you smell unburnt fuel, plugs wet, is there spark, compression test, coil pack connected,

what about the top dead centre sensor(39350A) connected? I know nothing of this motor by the way so I'm just throwing all this out there
