Hello, we're in the process of buying a used Hyundai Tucson 2018 model from the Mazda dealership in Sydney.
The car has 3 years remaining on the warranty. The car is an ex-fleet car and was serviced by a non-Hyundai dealership. I'm guessing a garage the fleet company had an account with,
I noticed that the maintenance intervals suggested in the logbook are slightly over, for example the 15,000 service was done at 18,000 and 30,000 done at 37,000. I'm assuming this means that the warranty will become invalid, is this correct?

I would think the warranty is still valid. I've never heard of a manufacturer asking for maintenance records. In the states you do lose the 10 year power train but keep 5 year 60 k warranty . Call hyundai with VIN and they will verify.
