Four Green auto on line parts, they have warehouse in AnnArbour Michigan for door handle part.
Is fan actually blowing air at lower speeds with a/c turned on. Could be fan control relay is burned out so you only have high speed.
Clunking sound could be sway bar links, common wear item on this vehicle. Buy the better Moog part.
Inspect timing belt very closely if it hasn't Been changed yet. It’s why car is on second engine already.
Radio might only be blown fuse.
