I know my '07 didn't have a Bluetooth option, just checked the manual. Probably be happier if you replaced the head unit. I tossed in a Boss unit, AM/FM/CD/DVD/USB/Micro SD/AUX wireless backup camera, Bluetooth, etc. Unit at the time was under $200. Or there are numerous BT adapters and ones that connect to AUX jacks (if your head unit has AUX) or transmitters that work over FM radio.:nerd:

Late reply, but I know Kia Rios of MC Accent generation had a double-DIN stereo head unit option with Bluetooth....no idea if it's plug and play to the Accent though.

One example: https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/KIA-RIO...800659?hash=item467e8bc813:g:-~wAAOSwN2VbIbAW

Another example: https://www.ebay.ca/itm/Audio-Equip...a26856d:g:g0sAAOSwI4xa9ErM&LH_ItemCondition=4

How would I find out if its plug and play? ?

Could pull our your current stock headunit (takes maybe 10 minutes? I can even give you a copy of the page from the Service Manual that shows you how to take it out if you'd like) and compare the plugs on the back of yours to the plugs on the back of one of those Kia units and see if they match? There are a lot of Ebay sellers who post pics of the backs of those Bluetooth units, so you should easily be able to see if the plugs look the same.
